Here we see the ark is brought to Jerusalem. It was a great celebration. And God makes several promises to David. And here is where we learn of the one yet to come. Jesus. Still in the old testament and we are able to see him now. We saw glimpses of him prior to this, but now we know that God has a plan. In his plan he is going to make David the great leader. And it is from David’s house that Jesus will come from.
