Beside the Bible, two books stand out in my life: The Imitation of Christ and the Pilgrim's Progress. My mother gave me both of them and we spent a lot of time talking about them. (Also Hinds Feet on High Places, although, not a classic) The earlier version of The Imitation of Christ was a little difficult to understand. I purchased a more updated version and refer to it often. The Pilgrim's Progress is one I have read and written about many times. Having also seen the movie, I can actually picture myself on the road at whatever junction I seem to be at.

1. I read from many sources. Bible being number one, but I love devotional reading books, I purchase the small ones , the daily devotional ones, calendars, I search on the Internet when I’m interested in the subject. When I’m looking for a prayer and I can’t find the words. I look for those inspirations, inspirational stories, I have many resources.
2. Being that I’m a baby at the Bible. There are things in it that are hard for me to understand. Some words, that have dual meanings.
