Day 48 : Methodism
Day 49 : The Group Meeting
Have members share their one or two most outstanding experiences during the weeks of using this workbook.
Ask if any members have significant struggles that need to share as a result of using the workbook.
Consider options for further group life. I do not mean the mere continuation of this group, since some may be ready for a break, but I do mean discussing things people might want to do together in the future. Among other options, remember by The Upper Room. You might want to use other resources in this series or any of the other fine devotional materials which The Upper Room has available.
I hope that you will be able to celebrate the Lord’s Supper together as you close your final group session. You might also want to consider using the Wesleyan Covenant Service. Ask you in this act of worship.
I also ask you to consider having the leader read this personal message from me to the group.
Even though we have not met, I sense a kinship with you through your use of this workbook. Many times as I have been writing, I have felt close to you. Thank you for allowing me to share things out of the Wesleyan tradition that become so important to me. I hope they have helped and blessed you. Please pray for me and know that I have prayed for you as this workbook has taken shape. Most of all, may what we have experienced here be used by God to make us more like Christ and enable us to heal in love with each of us. Blessing as you continue the journey!

To what extent does your devotional life reflect the method of true spirituality available to you through the Institute and Prudential means of Grace?
I believe I’m a full on Methodist, as I can strongly relate to the process for lack of a word of study, sharing of grace, beliefs, and habits of a Methodist.
I personally enjoy the group sessions. The gathering together to do gods work, the Fellowship, the shepherdess way of doing things.
I think my take away from this study of…
