20230728 (Fri) Daily Bible Reading_Isaiah 36-38 [Isaiah 37:1-3, NIV] 1 When King Hezekiah heard this, he tore his clothes and put on sackcloth and went into the temple of the LORD... 3 They told him, "This is what Hezekiah says: This day is a day of distress and rebuke and disgrace, as when children come to the moment of birth, and there is no strength to deliver them."
Like Rabshakeh's, how many voices in the world dishonor the Word of God and shake and confuse the faith of those who believe? This is a day of distress, rebuke, and disgrace. I don't even think of tearing my clothes and putting on sackcloth like Hezekiah, but I find myself wanting to say something…
