Psalm 18:3-5
I called to the Lord, who is worthy of praise, and I have been saved from my enemies. The cords of death entangled me; the torrents of destruction overwhelmed me. The cords of the grave coiled around me; the snares of death confronted me.
Blessings, justice, hope, strength from trials, praise, worship, gratitude... these are the words I wrote in my notes while reading this Psalm.

Psalm 10-18
10 the scope and the style are certainly different, the Hebrew makes it a distinct Psalm.
Some translations join this psalm with the ninth, making a one. 
 David complains of the wickedness and the wicked, “to the great dishonor of God, and his prejudiced of his church, and his people“.
11 David struggle with the triumphs over the strong Temptations to distrust God.
To take himself to an indirect means of his own safety, in time of danger. 
“ no“ says he “I trust in God, and therefore will keep my ground.“
