Reflection
I feel sad. I feel sad for all that they had gone through to escape torture in slavery in Egypt.
Then wandering in the wilderness for 40 years, not really knowing their fate .
I realize that through this time God provided all of their needs . But still not knowing.
They finally have arrived at the  promise land. Joshua now in charge, more fighting. they have God’s protection.
Here we see God showers down hail helping to defeat the enemies of the Israelites. He slowed the Sun and Moon .
