Joshua 16-19

Allotments are given out.

Reflection

So we can look at a map and see the boundaries of what each is given. It reminds me of my parents wishes for each of my siblings and me. Although there were not given out as their wishes because of legal issues. I know what they wanted and was grateful.

Although some didn’t think it was fair. What wasn’t fair was my parents wishes didn’t go as they wanted. There was 7 of us.

Now here we have members of Jacob’s family. The Lord instructed Joshua what each is to receive.

Now can they remain faithful to the Lord?

Prayer

My first marriage was a very physically abusive one. When my son was about six months old, I decided to leave my husband. …

 Reflection

Not really understanding fully what it was that God was trying to do here. Outside of fulfill his promise to his chosen.

Speaking with Timmy this morning as we both were reading this, and looking out what the importance of it was we both came to the same conclusion. That God wanted this in the Bible as a point of record. Only the importance also is that you see he is fulfilling his promise. After 40 years of wondering. Some of those that knew what that promise was, not just handed down, but I actually knew. I now seeing him for fill his promise.

I look at it as…
