The great love and trust


Hannah had trust, love and faith. She prayed daily. She never gave up on the fact that God had silenced her womb. She would pray from her heart that he would grant her a child. And years pass, and then he did. And because her prayer was that she would give her son or daughter to the Lord. If he would grant this one birth. One child.


She has this child finally, and holding it in her arms for months while she weaned she bonded with that child. But then she was able to give him up to the Lord. The knowledge of having the child was enough. It was a blessing from…

After reading your responses I wonder how many people today don’t talk to God because they have been told God already knows? How can they hear God if they don’t speak to Him? Whether it’s aloud or silent if it comes from your heart. Both praise and crying out to God. Is this when God knows you are ready to listen?
