2 Chronicles 12-15
We take a second look at the reign of Rehoboam  , over what we saw in Kings, this one being a little more melancholy. He did evil inside of the Lord. So they were sold under the hands of Shishak, king of Egypt, who greatly oppressed them. And God sent prophet to them, to expand them from the judgment, and called for repentance. They humble themselves, and God softened his anger towards them. But he did not lift or move from his displeasure in them.
